There is a video floating around on YouTube that looks convincing enough to where people might believe that Samsung KNOX is draining your battery, taking up massive amounts of memory, and possibly even spying on you. It simply isn't true, at least as far as I can tell. So I thought I'd clear things up before the rumors spread any further. In this video, I'll show you that the problem lies in erroneous reporting from the app, and that in the app Usage Timelines, KNOX is mistakenly labeled as KNOX. I verify this by cross referencing the Process # reported by a similar app called OS Monitor.
It is definitely not worth rooting your phone over. Please spread the word!
